Instead of relying on a third-party SaaS for billing and support, I built a unified platform where users can discover the plugin, start a free trial, manage their license, and find help—all within one seamless, custom-coded WordPress experience.

Building a website for a SaaS product requires seamless integration with billing, licensing, and customer support. The challenge was to create a high-performance, secure platform that handled all these moving parts—like Paddle payments for global tax compliance and a custom license manager—without a fragmented user experience.
I designed and developed a fully custom, conversion-focused website on WordPress. The core of the solution was a custom-built license manager and a Paddle checkout integration, allowing users to view plans, purchase licenses, and manage their subscriptions directly on the site. A custom support ticket system was also built, enabling users to open tickets, receive email notifications, and view their license details in a dedicated account portal.
